We're more or less rebuilding from scratch (on a LAMP server). For a project like this, I can definitely see how juggling schoolwork and working on a team to get this rolled out will cause severe mental shock :-P. The good news is that it's pretty much ready to be deployed, even with a full blown new layout and everything.
