Hmm...it really comes down to what you liked in 1 and didn&#039;t like in 2. I really think that this third movie in the series allowed for each of the characters to have an equal part of the story, rather than have Jack steal the show. The story moved at a good pace with significantly fewer and briefer gaps  between strong action or story-driven sequences. It&#039;s a pretty solid movie all round.

Is it worth showing #2 before watching this one? Well...probably just some key scenes. Even a verbal explanation of what happened should suffice. The movie really did stand alone, and continues to supply information to drive the plot. If you can avoid showing Dead Man&#039;s Chest, then do so.</description>
